100周年記念モデルとなる「瑞雲」は創業者の初代社長河村松次郎が刀匠「兼次」の末裔であること日頃から、関伝日本刀の特長である「折れず・曲がらず・良く切れる」製品づくりを目指して製品開発をしてきた集大成として日本の伝統的スタイルであり日本刀をイメージできる切味にこだわった切付型の包丁として開発。

こちらの包丁は積層構造となっており、職人が一つ一つ手作りで作っている為、刃先の模様の再現が難しく世界に一つだけの模様に仕上がります。
また、柄は積層構造となっており、薄くした木材を重ね圧縮させることにより柄の中の密度が高くなり、耐水性に優れた柄になっております。

The 100th anniversary model "Zuiun" was developed as a culmination of the efforts of Matsujiro Kawamura, the founder and first president of the company, who is a descendant of the swordsmith "Kanetsugu", and has been developing products with the aim of creating products that are "unbreakable, unbendable, and sharp", which are the characteristics of Seki-den Japanese swords. It is a traditional Japanese style knife with a focus on the sharpness of the blade, which is reminiscent of a Japanese sword.

The handle also has a laminated structure, and by stacking and compressing thin wood, the density inside the handle is high, making it highly water-resistant.
